1 Hadith
. D'après Abou Hourayra, le Messager de Dieu (le Très-Haut) a dit :"Le fort n'est pas celui qui terrasse ses adversaires, mais seul est fort celui qui se maîtrise dans sa colère". (Al-Boukhâri, Mouslim)

و عَنْ أبي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أن رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم قال: <ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب> مُتَّفّقٌ عَلَيْهِ

45. Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The strong man is not the one who throws people in wrestling. The strong man is the one who has control of himself when he is angry." [Agreed upon]
