Poverty is more than just an economic situation. Although poverty has traditionally been measured in terms of income, the real risks of poverty extend to all aspects of an individual's life: sickness, illiteracy, ignorance and loss of control over economic resources. Therefore, economists define the poverty limit by calculating the cash income or the truck that meets the requirements of the family from the main needs of either food alone or food, clothing and shelter. The issue of poverty in the world is intertwined with many contemporary issues, all of which relate to development issues and different situations, especially economic reform issues, which lead to more poverty for the poor. We live in the age of global poverty with the advent of famine, the resurgence of deadly epidemics, the collapse of productive sectors in developing countries and the atrophy of their health and social welfare programmers.

So, what is needed today? !!
